      目的建立SD大鼠股主静脉创伤出血动物模型,观察胶原蛋白海绵的止血效果及组织相容性和生物降解率。方法SD大鼠21只用于建立股静脉出血创面模型,分为艾瑞金组9只、阳性对照组9只、空白对照组3只。将止血材料置于大鼠的腿部静脉出血创面,记录各组的止血时间及出血量。大鼠股静脉出血创面7、14、28 d时间点解剖探查,切取创面组织,进行病理组织检查,观察光镜下组织反应。结果对应股主静脉出血创面,艾瑞金组、阳性对照组及空白对照组均可止血。艾瑞金组与阳性对照组比较止血时间及失血量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。艾瑞金胶原蛋白海绵7 d开始降解、14 d部分降解、28 d完全降解。结论艾瑞金胶原蛋白海绵对静脉出血止血效果明显,组织相容性好,能够促进静脉创口愈合。

      ObjectiveTo study the hemostatic effect and the biocompatibility of the collagen on a groin wound by means of rat models. MethodsCreating trauma surface bleeding models in 21 SD rats. The rats were classified into 3 groups: group using iRegene collagen sponge included 9 rats, positive control group using medical collagen sponge included 9 rats, and control group included 3 rats. The time and the amount of hemorrhage on the groin wounds were observed. The materials left in the groin models were collected by killing the animals 7 d, 14 d and 28 d postoperatively to examine the speed of absorption and histological changes introduced by the hemostatic agents. ResultsBleeding was stopped on the surface of groin wounds. There was no significant difference in the hemostatic ability between group iRegene collagen sponge and positive control group (P>0.05). The materials left on the hepatic wound 7 d postoperative produced little histological changes and the iRegene collagen sponge was partial degraded and absorbed at 14 d, at 28 d it was totally degraded and absorbed. ConclusioniRegene collagen sponge possesses a good hemostatic effect on wound produced venous bleeding, it shows better histocompatibility and a faster degradation and could be a more potential hemostatic agent.
