      目的 评价一种含有甲基丙烯酰氧乙基磷酸胆碱(2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine,MPC)、甲基丙烯酸十六烷基二甲铵(dimethylaminohexadecyl methacrylate,DMAHDM)和无定形磷酸钙纳米颗粒(nanoparticles of amorphous calcium phosphate,NACP)的牙本质粘接剂的抗蛋白和抗菌性能。方法 商品化的牙本质粘接剂作为对照组。商品化的牙本质粘接剂中加入MPC、DMAHDM和NACP作为实验组,测试牙本质剪切粘接强度,双辛丁酸法测试试件表面蛋白的附着量,使用人唾液培养所得的牙菌斑全菌生物膜模型来研究生物膜的活性。结果 实验组和对照组间的牙本质剪切粘接强度比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.426)。实验组的蛋白附着量、菌斑的代谢活性和乳酸产量显著低于对照组(P=0.000),大约是对照组的5%。实验组试件表面粘附的细菌量明显少于对照组,且以死细菌为主。结论 含有MPC、DMAHDM和NACP的牙本质粘接剂具有较强的抗蛋白附着和抗菌性能,具有广泛的应用前景。
英文摘要:
      Objective To develop a protein-repellent, antibacterial and remineralization bonding agent containing 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC), dimethylaminohexadecyl methacrylate (DMAHDM) and nanoparticles of amorphous calcium phosphate (NACP). Methods Scotchbond MultiPurpose (SBMP) was used as control. MPC, DMAHDM and NACP were incorporated into SBMP. Dentin shear bond strengths were measured. Protein adsorption onto samples was determined by a micro bicinchoninic acid method. A dental plaque microcosm biofilm model with human saliva as inoculum was used to investigate biofilm viability. Results Adding MPC, DMAHDM and NACP into primer and adhesive did not decrease the dentin bond strength, compared to control (P=0.426). Experimental group had much less of protein adsorption, metabolic activity and lactic acid production (P=0.000), which were 5% that of control. Conclusion The multifunctional dental adhesive had strong protein-repellent and antibacterial capabilities. This novel bonding agent may have wide application.
