      近年来肠道微生物在防治神经系统疾病中的作用逐渐引起关注。研究发现,中枢神经系统和肠道之间存在双向通信,即“微生物群-脑-肠轴”。“微生物群-脑-肠轴”是指肠道微生物群通过特殊的信号传导途径影响大脑神经元功能,从而影响大脑的生理、行为和认知功能。因此,益生菌在神经发育及防治神经系统疾病中具有潜在价值。然而,更深入的研究还需了解肠道共生菌的组成、剂量、服用时机及安全性,同时还应考虑患者对共生菌的耐受性。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, the role of gut microbes in prevention and treatment of diseases of the nervous system gradually caused the attention of people, many studies have found that two-way communication between the central nervous system and gut, the so-called “Microbiome-brain-gut axis”. “Microbiome-brain-gut axis” refers to the brain and the gut microbiota, the relationship between the microbiota and how neurons function, so as to affect the brain’s physiological, behavioral and cognitive function, and in the aspect of prevention and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders (especially in children). Probiotics in neural development have potential value in prevention and treatment of diseases of the nervous system, however, further studies need to further understand the formula of the symbiotic bacteria, dosage and timing, patients should also be considered at the same time of symbiotic bacteria tolerance and the safety of its own.
