      细胞工程概论是生物技术专业的重要专业基础课程,其教学方法的改革与创新具有重要意义。任务教学法(task-based learning,TBL)是将教学内容具体分解为若干任务,学生通过内容研究、相互协作完成任务,并达到学习目的的教学模式。作者通过自身4年的教学实践,分析了TBL教学法的优点、不足以及需要注意的问题。通过课后问卷调查发现,学生对TBL教学法具有较好的接受度,TBL教学法有助于提高学生的学习积极性,培养学生自主学习和解决问题的能力,对学生知识点的掌握和运用具有提升作用,提高了教学效果。同时TBL教学也对教师的自身素质和业务水平提出了更高的要求。
英文摘要:
      Introduction to Cell Engineering is an important basic course for biotechnology major, and the reform and innovation of its teaching methods are of great significance. Task-based learning (TBL) is a teaching mode which decomposes the teaching content into several tasks and the students achieve the learning goal by cooperating with each other and completing the tasks. We analyze the advantages, disadvantages and problems needing attention of applying TBL to the teaching of Introduction to Cell Engineering for biotechnology major of four years through our own practice. Through the questionnaire survey after the class, we found that the students had a good acceptance of TBL teaching and TBL was helpful to improve students’ learning enthusiasm, cultivate students’ ability to study and solve problems independently, and improve the mastery and application of students’ knowledge points, which enhanced teaching effect. TBL also puts forward higher requirements for teachers’ own quality and professional skill.
