      目的 探讨以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)与Seminar相结合教学方法在肾内科护理带教中的应用效果。方法 选取于海军第905医院肾内科护理实习生60人作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统的带教模式进行护理带教,观察组采用PBL与Seminar相结合教学法带教。在轮转结束时对学生进行理论和操作考试,进行问卷调查。结果 观察组理论和操作考试成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,观察组对教学满意度和教学效果认可度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL与Seminar相结合教学方法应用于肾内科护理带教可提高教学质量、提高护生工作能力、保障患者护理安全,值得推广。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with Seminar teaching method in nursing teaching of nephrology. Methods Sixty nurses practicing in Department of Nephrology of No 905 hospital of PLA Navy as the research target, and they were equally divided into observation group and control group. Control group received the traditional teaching method and observation group receiving the PBL combined with Seminar teaching method. The application effects of two groups were checked by the test achievement and questionnaire. Results The scores of theoretical and practical examinations in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Questionnaires indicates the satisfaction of the teaching and the acceptance for teaching method in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The PBL combined with Seminar teaching method in the nurse teaching of nephrology could effectively improve the teaching quality, improve the nurse students’ ability to work, ensure safe nursing of patients in nephrology, and worth promoting.
