      目的探讨多学科协作诊疗(multi-disciplinary treatment,MDT)模式下Sandwich教学法在甲状腺外科临床教学中的应用价值。方法在甲状腺外科临床教学中,将60名临床实习生按照MDT模式下Sandwich教学法及传统教学模式随机分为观察组和对照组,比较两组的教学效果。结果观察组临床实践能力、文献阅读能力、技能操作及理论考试成绩等评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度(96.67%)显著高于对照组(73.33%)(χ2=4.71,P<0.05)。结论将MDT模式下Sandwich教学法应用在甲状腺外科临床教学中,能调动实习生的学习积极性,在提升其综合能力的同时,促进教学满意度的提高,值得广泛应用和推广。

      ObjectiveTo explore the value of Sandwich method in clinical teaching for thyroid surgery under the multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment (MDT) model. MethodsSixty clinical interns were randomly divided into observer group (Sandwich teaching method under MDT mode) and control group (traditional teaching mode). The teaching effects of the two groups were compared. ResultsThe scores of clinical practice ability, literature reading, skill operation and theory test in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group (96.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.33%) (χ2=4.71,P<0.05). ConclusionThe application of Sandwich method in clinical teaching for thyroid surgery under MDT mode can mobilize the learning enthusiasm of students, improve the comprehensive ability of interns and improve teaching satisfaction, which is worthy of extensive application and promotion.
