      右美托咪定是高亲和力的α2-肾上腺素能受体激动剂。研究表明,右美托咪定可通过抗交感、抑制机体炎症反应、抑制氧化应激反应、抑制细胞凋亡、促进细胞再生、激活细胞保护性信号通路及调节基因表达等多种途径减轻重要器官缺血缺氧性损伤。本文就右美托咪定对心、肾、脑、肺的保护作用及机制进行综述,为右美托咪定安全、有效的应用于临床提供理论基础。
英文摘要:
      Dexmedetomidine (Dex) is a high affinity alpha2-adrenergic receptor agonist. Studies have shown that Dex can alleviate ischemia and hypoxia injury of vital organs through anti-sympathetic, inhibition of inflammatory response, inhibition of oxidative stress and apoptosis. It also protects the vital organs through promotion of cell regeneration, activation of cell protection signaling pathway and regulation of gene expression. In this article,the protective effects and mechanisms of Dex on heart, kidney, brain and lung were reviewed. It also provides a theoretical basis for the safe and effective application of Dex in clinical practice.
