      急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)是临床上常见的危重病症。近年来,虽然研究者对AKI病理生理学机制进行了深入探索,但临床治疗仍局限于透析和肾移植。间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)具有抗细胞凋亡、免疫调节、抗氧化和促进血管生成等作用,为AKI的治疗提供了新方向。研究人员在此基础上开展了一系列临床试验,但是结果并不理想。主要原因是MSCs植入率低、存活率低、旁分泌能力受损和作用延迟等。因此,研究人员采取了一系列预处理措施以提高MSCs存活率和旁分泌能力。作者将对近年来AKI治疗中的各种MSCs预处理措施进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a common, severe clinical condition. Despite the in-depth exploration of the physiological and pathological mechanism of AKI in recent years, the clinical therapeutic choices are still limited to dialysis and renal transplantation. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) provide a new therapeutic direction for AKI due to their effects in anti-apoptosis, immune regulation, anti-oxidation and promoting angiogenesis. Based on these findings, researchers carried out a series of clinical trials, but the results were not satisfactory. The main reasons are low implantation rate, poor survival rate, impaired paracrine ability and delayed action of MSCs. Researchers developed a series of pretreatment measures to improve the survival rate and paracrine ability of MSCs. In this review, we summarized some of the research results of various MSCs pretreatment measures in AKI treatment.
