      目的 利用360°全方向72个声源测试设备,初步研究耳科正常人水平声源定位特点。方法 选取耳科正常人14例,其中男3例,女11例,平均年龄(31.4±7.2)岁,使用360°全方向均匀分布的72个扬声器进行声源方位辨别测试,统计正常人整体声源定位能力,计算均方根(root mean square, RMS)值。 结果 听力正常人声源定位图像大致呈现出两个“十字交叉”的组合图形,镜像处理后呈现为一条斜率近似为1的直线,计算RMS为(20.4±3.5),相较未经镜像处理前(52.7±16.2)有大幅度下降。本组受试者前场、后场、左场、右场4个区域的定位正确的次数比例均值分别为60.52%、38.69%、31.55%和37.70%,前场定位正确的次数明显高于其余3个区域,且差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05),后场、左场、右场定位正确的次数均值无统计学差异(P>0.05)。 结论 正常人的水平声源方位辨别存在前后镜像现象,水平方向上前场(-45°~45°)声源定位能力最佳,左右场和后场的声源定位能力无显著差别。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the characteristics of the horizontal sound localization of normal hearing people by using 72 sound sources in all directions. Methods A total of 14 normal hearing people were recruited including 3 males and 11 females with an average age of 31.4±7.2. Sound localization test was carried out using 72 horizontal speakers (all directions), and then root mean square (RMS) value needed to be calculated to figure out the localization capability. Results The figure of sound localization for normal hearing people roughly presented a combination of “two crosses”. After “mirror processing”, it appeared as a straight line with a slope of 1, and the calculated RMS was (20.4±3.5), which was significant lower than before (52.7±16.2). The averaged accuracy rates of localization of front, back, left, and right area for all subjects were 60.52%, 38.69%, 31.55% and 37.70%, respectively. The accuracy in the front field was obviously higher than that of the other three regions. There was no statistical difference in localization accuracy between the back, left, and right area. Conclusion “Mirror phenomenon” existed in horizontal sound sources recognition for normal hearing people. The horizontal localization ability in front area (-45°~45°) was optimal, and there was no significant difference between left, right, and back area.
