      目的 探讨传统心肺复苏培训方法和视频引导的边看边练的心肺复苏培训模式的效果,以便改进教学质量。方法 回顾性分析了2020年和2021年首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院三年住院医师规范化培训心肺复苏考核结果,2020年采用传统的心肺复苏教学方法,共45名,作为对照组,2021年采用视频引导的边看边练(practice while watching, PWW)教学方法,共48名,作为观察组,分析两组理论考核和技能考核成绩、合格率以及优秀率并调查满意度。结果 观察组理论成绩均分为(93.50±4.64)分,对照组理论成绩为(92.36±6.485)分,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的理论成绩合格率97.9%,对照组为95.6%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但观察组的理论成绩优秀率为79.2%,对照组为60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组技能操作成绩均分为(91.73±3.36)分,对照组技能操作成绩为(90.98±4.44)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组技能操作合格率98.0%,对照组95.6%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组技能操作优秀率83.3%,对照组为64.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组对教学方式满意度为62%,观察组为81%,两组比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05);对于沟通满意度,对照组为51%,观察组为67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过视频引导的边看边练分步心肺复苏PWW教学培训和传统的心肺复苏培训相比,前者能提高技能考核均分分值,理论考核和技能考核的优秀率;住院医师对视频引导的边看边练分步心肺复苏培训这种教学模式的满意度高于传统的心肺复苏培训,同时在师生沟通满意度方面也优于传统心肺复苏培训。

      Objective To explore the effects of traditional cardiopulmonary resuscitation training methods and video-guided Practice While Watching cardiopulmonary resuscitation training modeforresidents. Methods 45 three-year residents trained by the traditional cardiopulmonary resuscitation teaching method in 2020 were selected as the control group while 48 three-year residents were trained by the video-guided Practice While Watching training method were selected as the observation group. Theoretical assessment, skill assessment, Passing Rate, Excellence Rate, and Satisfaction Survey were analyzed in the two groups. Results There was no difference between the two groups in the theoretical scores, theoretical Passing Rate, and the skill Passing Rate (P>0.05).However, the theoretical excellence rate was 79.2% in the observation group while 60.0% in the control group (P<0.05). The skill performance in the observation group had significantly higher scores (91.73±3.36) than that of in the control group(90.98±4.44) (P<0.05). The excellence rate of skill was 83.3%in the observation group, which was higher than that of in the control group (64.4%, P<0.05). The satisfaction survey of teaching methods and communication in the observation group was also higher than that of in the control group (81% vs 62%;67% vs 51%; P<0.05, P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional cardiopulmonary resuscitation training, the video-guided Practice While Watching cardiopulmonary resuscitation training can improve the average score of the skill assessments, the theoretical assessment, and the excellence rate of the skill assessment. the residents were more active in the video-guided Practice While Watching training than in traditional cardiopulmonary resuscitation training. At the same time, they preferred to communicated with teachers under Practice While Watching cardiopulmonary resuscitation training.
