      外泌体作为合适的基因载体并能精确调控基因而被认为是生物治疗靶点。外泌体因其自身特点可以规避细胞疗法的限制,静脉注射不仅便捷,而且其疗效近似于来源干细胞。miRNA作为外泌体主要内容物参与机体众多生理过程,如血管新生、神经修复、炎症和氧化应激,这与脑卒中的病理生理机制高度重合。近年来,大量研究表明外泌体miRNA治疗脑卒中效果显著。本文现对外泌体miRNA在脑卒中的作用机制作简要综述。

      Exosomes are considered as biological therapeutic targets because they are suitable gene carriers and carry out precise gene regulation. Exosomes overcome the limitations of cell therapy due to their own characteristics. Intravenous injection of exosomes is convenient, and the curative effect is similar to the original stem cells. As the main content of exosomes, miRNAs participate in many physiological processes of the body, such as angiogenesis, neurorestorat, inflammation, and oxidative stress, which highly overlaps with the pathophysiological mechanism of stroke. In recent years, a large number of studies have shown that exosomal miRNA has a significant effect in the treatment of stroke. This article intends to summarize the molecular mechanism of the role of exosomal miRNA in stroke treatment.
