      目的 探究血清分泌型卷曲相关蛋白5(secreted frizzled-related protein5, SFRP5)、白细胞介素13(interleukin-13,IL-13)及过氧化物酶(myeloperoxidase,MPO)在急性哮喘发作患儿中的表达及相关性。方法 选取2018年5月至2020年5月海安市人民医院儿科收治的哮喘患儿98例,根据病情分为急性组(47例)和缓解组(51例),选择同期健康儿童45例作为对照组。根据急性发作期病情严重程度分为轻度急性组(25例)和中重度急性组(22例),检测各组血清SFRP5、IL-13及MPO水平,并分析其相关性。 结果 急性组SFRP5水平低于对照组,IL-13及MPO水平高于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性组SFRP5水平低于缓解组,IL-13及MPO水平高于缓解组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中重度急性组SFRP5水平低于轻度急性组,IL-13及MPO水平高于轻度急性组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性组SFRP5与IL-13、MPO水平呈负相关(r=-0.356,-0.425,P<0.05, P<0.05),与病情严重程度呈正相关(r=0.647,P<0.05)。结论 急性哮喘发作患儿血清SFRP5水平降低,IL-13及MPO水平升高,血清SFRP5水平与IL-13、MPO水平及急性发作期严重程度显著相关。

      Objective To explore the expression and correlation of serum secreted frizzled-related protein 5 (SFRP5), interleukin 13 (IL-13) and peroxidase (MPO) in children with acute asthma attacks. Methods A total of 98 children with asthma admitted to our hospital's pediatric department from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into acute group (47 cases) and remission group (51 cases) according to their condition, and 45 healthy children during the same period were selected as the control group. In the acute group, according to the severity of the acute episode, they were divided into mild acute group (25 cases) and moderate to severe acute group (22 cases). Serum levels of SFRP5, IL-13 and MPO in each group were detected and their correlations were analyzed. Results The levels of SFRP5 in the acute group were lower than that of in the control group, and the levels of IL-13 and MPO were higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The level of SFRP5 in the acute group was lower than that of the remission group, and the levels of IL-13 and MPO were higher than that of the remission group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The level of SFRP5 in the moderate-to-severe acute group was lower than that of the mild-acute group, and the levels of IL-13 and MPO were higher than those of the mild-acute group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the acute group, SFRP5 was negatively correlated with IL-13 and MPO levels (r=-0.356, -0.425, P<0.05, P<0.05), and positively correlated with the severity of the disease (r=0.647, P<0.05). Conclusion Serum SFRP5 levels are decreased in children with acute asthma attacks, and IL-13 and MPO levels are increased. Serum SFRP5 levels are significantly correlated with IL-13, MPO levels and the severity of acute attacks.
