      Wnt信号通路是参与健康组织和器官生长发育的关键,该通路的异常激活会导致纤维化、肿瘤等疾病的发生,这在不同的组织和器官中具有普遍性;临床前研究表明与Wnt相关器官纤维化的机制和治疗取得一定的进展,但缺乏临床数据支持,患者的生存质量并没有显著的提高。本文就Wnt信号通路与肺间质纤维化关系综述,其中特发性肺纤维化的研究相对成熟,继发性肺间质纤维化中重点介绍新型冠状病毒肺炎与Wnt信号通路的关系。
英文摘要:
      Wnt signaling pathway is essential for regulating healthy tissue and organ development, and excessive activation of the pathway can lead to fibrosis, tumors and other diseases, which are common in different tissues and organs. Preclinical studies had showed that the mechanism and treatment of organ fibrosis based on Wnt signaling progressed steps, but it lacked clinical data, and the patient's quality of life has not been significantly improved. Thus we reviewed the relationship between Wnt signaling pathway and pulmonary interstitial fibrosis in this article. And the research on IPF is relatively mature. besides,the relationship between COVID-19 and Wnt signaling pathway is mainly introduced in secondary pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.
